Terms of Use – Košarica AI
These terms apply to the Košarica AI iPhone app and the website kosarica.ai (together, the "service"). By using the service you agree to them. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
1. Provider
The service is provided by Prowebio ("we"). Contact: podpora@kosarica.ai.
2. What the service offers
Košarica AI helps you build shopping lists, compare prices across Slovenian supermarkets, follow deals and spending, and plan purchases with an AI assistant. Some features need an account.
3. Prices and product data
- Prices are for information. They are based on the latest verified data published by sources that allow collecting it.
- Every price shows when it was last verified. The price in store may differ; the retailer's price at the till applies.
- Product photos belong to the retailers or to Open Food Facts contributors (CC BY-SA) and are shown only to identify the product.
- Store locations come from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). Opening hours from OpenStreetMap are not officially verified.
4. Independence from retailers
Košarica AI is not affiliated with or acting for the retailers shown in the app. Retailer and product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only for identification.
5. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We never ask for your passwords at retailers.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Privacy & data). We then delete all your personal data.
- Household members you invite can see and edit that household's shared lists.
6. AI assistant
The assistant can make mistakes. Košarica AI calculates prices and savings from verified data; amounts that could not be verified are marked. Changes to your lists only happen after you confirm them.
7. Košarica Plus
- The subscription is billed through the Apple App Store and renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.
- During the free beta, advanced features are free, with limits.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- harvest data from the app or its servers automatically or in bulk,
- work around limits, security measures or access rights,
- use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms other users.
If you do, we may restrict access or close the account.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We keep developing the service. We may add, change or remove features, and the coverage of individual retailers may change. We aim for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee it.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by differences between shown and actual prices or by the service being temporarily unavailable. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Changes to these terms
We tell you about material changes to these terms in the app. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
12. Law and disputes
The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies; mandatory consumer protection rules remain in force. We first try to resolve disputes amicably; otherwise the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia decides.
